🔄 سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال – Return & Refund Policy

نحرص في Royal Secrets Beauty على رضا عملائنا وجودة منتجاتنا دائمًا 💛

الإرجاع أو الاستبدال متاح فقط في الحالات التالية:

• إذا كان المنتج تالفًا أو تم استلام منتج مختلف عن الطلب.

• يجب الإبلاغ عن المشكلة خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب عبر واتساب خدمة العملاء 70998004 أو البريد الإلكتروني royalbeautyqa@gmail.com.

الشروط:

• يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية ولم يتم فتحه أو استخدامه.

• لا يمكن قبول الإرجاع في منتجات المكياج، العناية الشخصية، العطور، العدسات، والرموش حفاظًا على الصحة العامة.

• بعد استلام المنتج وإجراء الفحص، يتم إصدار قسيمة استبدال أو استرجاع المبلغ حسب الحالة.

ملاحظات:

• العميل مسؤول عن تكاليف التوصيل في حال عدم وجود خطأ من المتجر.

• نحتفظ بحق رفض أي طلب إرجاع لا يستوفي الشروط أعلاه.

  At Royal Secrets Beauty, we care about your satisfaction and the quality of our products 💛

  Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • If the product is damaged, or a wrong item was delivered.

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order via WhatsApp at 70998004 or email royalbeautyqa@gmail.com.

  Conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.

  • Returns are not accepted for products such as makeup, personal care items, perfumes, contact lenses, or eyelashes for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be issued depending on the case.

  Notes:

  • The customer is responsible for delivery fees if there is no mistake from the store.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
